Looking for a last minute St. Patrick’s Day menu idea? On Thursday we had an opportunity to cater an awesome Irish event at Hangar 8 in Santa Monica. We served up some Smoked Salmon atop an herbed blini with capered crème fraiche. It was definitely a crowd pleaser. Here’s what the rest of the menu looked like:
