One of our favorite repeat clients hosted an intimate backyard dinner party. We thought we’d give you the breakdown of the event. Some of the rentals included our:

Appetizers:
- Barbequed Oyster: grilled in a half shell with garlic oregano glaze
- Smoked Salmon: atop an herbed bilini with capered creme fraiche
- Roasted Tomato Caprese: with basil pesto, garlic roasted tomato and burrata
Dinner:
- Huntington Salad: field greens with green apples, crispy pancetta and roasted almonds tossed in a light shallot vinaigrette
add: goat cheese - Mesquite Wood Smoked Trip-Tip: with chimichurri, cabernet demi-glace or horseradish cream
- Stuffed Chicken: filled with chèvre cheese and basil, topped with mushroom wine sauce
- Wild Mushroom Ravioli: topped in a brown butter sauce & parmesan shavings
- Garlicky Roasted Fingerlind Potatoes: yukon potatoes roasted with a generous portion of garlic, parsley, lemon and onion
- Asparagus Spears: seasoned with lemon zest and garlic
Dessert:
- Handmade Sorbet: in a natural fruit cup
- Crème Brulée: caramelized on site, served with fresh berries
